Luna's walking

This little green frog is stalking our house. I first discovered this little guy in the storage shed off the garage. I put him/her ( not sure how to tell the sex) outside on the grass thinking that would be the last of him/her. Not a chance because a week later it was in my mail box. I wouldn't have minded it being in there if I hadn't been freaked out by pulling it out of the mail box with my mail. So once again I put it outside on the grass but closer to the sidewalk this time. Well it just keeps showing up everywhere and continues to try to make our mail box it's home. How is it you ask that I know its the same frog. Well unless Alabama has an infestation of 3 legged green frogs it's the same little bugger stalking us.

So Luna is FINALLY starting to walk!!! I got it on video for those who don't see her on a regular basis. I am super pumped that she is attempting to take some action on this, because she usually does the bear crawl with her bumbum in the air ( its really funny looking) and she didn't seem to care if she ever walked. But watch out world Luna is on the move!!!! Heres the video taken earlier today.

Girls best friend!!

Last night me after dinner and while Tony was recording in the bedroom, the kids and I went outside to enjoy some last minute play time. The boys weren't doing anything worth capturing other then biting each other in various areas all over their bodies. Marv went as far as to bite Savy right on the NO NO area...(PP) that sure got a reaction from Savy, because what followed was right out of a horror movie. On a better note Luna started to really walk not just a one or two steps but she actually walked almost across the living room. She even bent down at one point to pick something up and the continued to walk. I am so proud and DOOMED as well I know.

Well it was another good day we went to the board meeting and were in the end accepted into the FCC providers club!! I was so nervous waiting them to approve us. But in the end it was all for nothing because I love kids I'm sure that they saw that I wasn't a threat to anyone. After the board meeting me and Tony went over to the lending library to pick up daycare supplies for the playroom and what not. We placed locks on the cabinets and made the home as safe for kids as FORT KNOXS!!!

Where a kid can be a kid

Today when I woke up, I REALLY wanted to go swimming but there isn't any swimming holes around the Fort Rucker area that isn't a 2 hour drive or really gross in general. So we went with plan B. We took the kids to Chucky Cheese in Dothan, AL because we had a bunch of tokens left over from the last time we went months ago. The boys had fun Luna on the other hand didn't want to partake in anything.

All in all it was a good time and didn't cost us anything other then $10 in gas.

Just a random night at our house!

OK so today was an early morning even for my kids. Luna is usually up by 6am EVERYDAY! I wake up today while my husband is getting ready for work (yes he works even on Saturdays)at 5am and think to myself why is I tell Melissa that I wanted to partake in her Garage Sale??? Ohhh yea because I'm broke and want to make a few extra $$$. So I dress the kids while their sleeping still and make them to go breakfast ( dry cereal in a plastic bag) and loud them into the car. We head over to Melissa's who is to my amazement up before the sun for a change ( the Wrights LOVE THIER SLEEP) Well anyways needless to say I made $2.50 at the garage sale and basically sat there and talked and complained to Melissa about how I am super TIRED!! If anyone knows me I LOVE TO COMPLAIN ( to anyone willing to listen.) After the garage sale I head home with munchkins for lunch and I hope some nap time. ( NEVER HAPPENED) So stuck it out and now I sit here at the end of the evening listening to the kids fight over what movie they want to watch. Savy wants Ghost Rider and Marvin wants Fern Gully. They can't agree so I'm putting in Superman #3 for them because I feel like being mean and ruling the roost tonight..( LoVe bEiNg dA pArEnt) I didn't take any pictures other then this one. The boys wanted to do it so I let them. Well I think now I'm going to watch some TV and eat a whole 1/2 gallon of Rocky Road Ice Cream by myself, because the hubby is out playing poker at Oscars and I've only been craving it all week.

Lacies Castle

Ok so today the kids and I didn't do much for fun, due to the fact that it is WAY to HOT to even look out the window! But this evening Melissa Wright needed me to watch her rug rats while she ran to an FRG meeting. So I thought OK.... 5 kids in the house are probably a problem, especially when I just finished cleaning up for the evening. So we venture outside to play in the club house that we got for the kids. Plus Lacie and Alec have yet to play on it. Well as soon as Lacie saw it, it was no longer an ordinary club house. Lacie was sure to let us all know that it was her big princess house and she was the beautiful princess that lived in it, and the boys had to kiss her hand before entering ( thier own club house) God I have to laugh at this part because THEY ACTUALLY DID IT....EVEN HER BROTHER DID!!!

After a while the boys got tired of kissing Princess Lacie's hand and moved on to throwing rocks in the kiddie pool!!!

Savy took this picture of himself. He said its his best profile picture yet and will be a good one when he gets famous.. (FAMOUS FOR WHAT???)

Luna was determined to sit in this chair all by herself. She kept getting stopped by Alec who would point his finger and yell "NO TUNY" but when he wasn't looking she did and I caught the smile on camera.

After a while all this kids seemed to be getting tired of playing outside so we ventured into the house to play a game of Candy Land, while I unloaded the dishwasher. Lacie said that it was her favorite game in the whole world and that she always becomes....yup you guessed it the PRINCESS!!! Savy said that she couldn't be the princess that she had to be the blue gingerbread boy like everyone else and that not everything is about her. TO FRIGGING FUNNY!!!
