Army Post Christmas Concert 09'

Tonight we went to see the post christmas concert. I wasn't sure what to expect from the kids so I was smart enough to pack a snack and a drink for each of them. We also allowed the boys to pack their leapsters to play with before the concert started. (Smart thinking I know)

This is a friend of mine Staci Hutto and her daughter Natalie. Her husband is also in the Army Band.

This is a really horrid picture of the band playing but the lighting was so bad and there were these flashing lights every where's. Never the less the band sounded GREAT and as always I am so honored to be married to such a gifted man that can contribute to a good cause.

This has got to be my new FAVORITE picture of me and Luna.

It was a great night and the kids acted normal and were not out of hand TOO MUCH!!! ( well marv was another story but he never acts normal ESPECIALLY in PUBLIC)

Randoms

These are some gingerbread people that I made with the daycare children a few weeks ago so that they could bring them home to hang on thier christmas tree at home. They are not for eatting thought because thier is glue in them. Plus they don't taste like the real thing but they sure smell like it though. Just ask Luna who tried to eat about 4 of them off our tree. YUCKY

Today I had to run to the dreaded commissary to get some groceries for the daycare and for our own personal binge eating. If getting through the commissary isn't a task in itself with the small ones. Someone had the great idea that they would offer crafts for the children to do over but the produce. ( the worse place because its always cart to cart anyways) But never the less here is Marvin making a star craft to take home and hang on our tree.

This one was taken last night before dinner time. I was making dinner and when I looked out into the living room I saw my little princess looking so frigging cute, I couldn't resist taking a picture.

Luna gets a bangs!!!

Luna finally got her haircut for the FIRST time. We decided to go with bangs because her hair was always in her eyes if it wasn't up and she wouldn't allow us to put headbands or clips in her hair. So the easiest thing to do was bangs. I'm not sure how I feel about them though??? But nevertheless hair grows back and for the time being she seems happy. Although now that I see her in this picture I can't help but notice how much she looks like I did at her age.

I couldn't resist taking a picture of her tights and shoes she was wearing today!! She looked so damn cute. I got these pink shoes at the Dollar General for $5!!! let each kid pick out something that they wanted. Marvin got a cheap red ninja guy. Savy got a can of silly string and luna picked out the shoes. I tried to get her to get the plastic beaded jewelery that most girls go crazy for but not my Luna who is a shoe freak.

Early Xmas Gift!!

I got an Xmas gift early... I am super excited because I was seriously hoping I would get a new camera and guess what Tony got me one. The reason I got it early was so that I could learn all the stuff the camera can do BEFORE we go to Disney with the family for Christmas. Here is my first picture I took with the new camera..
